[by the way, some people post about their exercise things on the please be healthy board, it could be a great place for you if you want to have an ongoing place to talk about it :)]

I wasn't implying that you shouldn't mention it here. I think it was wonderful that you were able to share something so positive.

My intention was trying to be helpful in pointing out something that might interest you. I know that other people have had threads on PBH talking about their exercise plans and such in more detail, and if recording it in that way was something you were interested in doing for your own sake, there is a good space on the board for such things.
