If you join the please be healthy part of the forum. (look in usergroups at the top of the forum). That would be a good place to get all the relevant information. I would be a bit reluctant to say anything here as i dont want to give any sites that may make things with your ED worse. But i do suggest signing up for 'please be healthy'

Take care of yourself.

I agree with Mab.

Calorie-counting is a big warning sign when it comes to EDs because it actually encourages your behaviour, and encourages your obsession with food. Maybe it seems like an easy option now but believe me constantly trying to add up calories in your head is NOT a suitable way of not obsessing about food.

Like Mab said, i think you need to examine carefully why you are obsessing about food and whether you need to see a therapist or a doctor about this. As somebody who's had an ED, i know that if you get into a pattern of food-obsession and calorie counting, it gets harder and harder to stop and you may actually struggle with food for the rest of your life. Its not a fun cycle.
