Hi, My grampa died nearlly 9months ago & i've started self-harming. But found I can't stop. The most i've lasted is 5days but it was sooo hard. I just want to cut constantly.

Hi danixcx! :wavey:

Welcome to BUS :cowsleep: :cowsleep: :cowsleep:

I am so sorry to hear about your grandpa. You will definitely find help & support here. But maybe you could also try to talk to someone professional, if you haven't already. The longer you do this, the harder it is to stop. Good luck!

Hey, welcome to bus. Have a welcome cow: :cowsleep:

Stopping si is hard, really hard, but it's possible and it's more than worth the work. Quite a few of us have been where you are and made it through to coping with life without si. If we can make it, any one can ;)

It might help you to read some of the threads on this board, about ways to cope, distractions, and how other people have stopped. I hope you can find what you need here.

Take care of yourself :redstar:
