Hi everyone

I Si, i [have an eating disorder]. no one knows about all this and i have only ever told a couple of freidn they have stuck by me no matter what. but 1 of ,y friends started telling it to ppl and now it is everywhere and ppl think i do it for attention but i don't thats not it at all. and some think i am fowlowing a tread but to tell u the thruth i didn't evn kno ppl did it when i started

Hi, and Welcome to BUS :)

I think you'll find this board to be welcoming, and supportive, and hopefully it will be able to help you in some way.

I think it can be really tough to have someone break your trust and tell people things like that. Especially when these other people are making assumptions about why you're doing things.

Sometimes clarifying things with people can help, but it isn't always easy to do. With other people being told, I'm guessing it would pretty much be a 'rumour' to them. It doesn't really matter what they think, but it can still be hard to deal wtih sometimes. Try to remember that this kind of talk does die down with time.
