I'm sorry you're feeling low these days. Depression can be so difficult to deal with! Sometimes I really hate, hate, hate it. Maybe you'd like to talk to us about the issues that are making you depressed. Whatever you decide, this is a place of great support and I hope you'll post more. Hang in there and take care of yourself. Don't know if you'll take a hug, but it so: ((((Josh))))

i'm depressed as well, we can both be depressed together :(

bad idea :roll:
anyway, welcome to bus, i hope you find what you need ( i did )

heres some things i do when i'm down:

:cystar: write. anything, poetry, prose, stories. just get what your feeling out of your system.
:cystar: get some of your favorite foods and eat them while watching a movie
:cystar: work (this is a last resort for me lol )
:cystar: take a walk, anywhere. just walk walk walk and think
:cystar: have a long hot bath with incence and candles and relaxing music (works for me)
:cystar: chocolate, bananas, cake. all happy foods (some scientist proved it or something and hey i'm not complaining!)

Hey welcome to BUS, sorry you're feeling a bit down. You know what I do sometimes when I'm a bit down? I talk to my friends and tell them to tell me funny jokes or stories.
