Thought that someone who visits here might have some words of advice....I want to cope with everyday life, I want to get off this train and catch a bus or something.....I don't know what to do or how to deal with feelings, I don't even know how I really feel, numb, just tired and numb... I'm just so over it, can somebody please tell me how you get out of this place and back into life? Where is the road, I can't see it.....

Thats a pretty big question.
Generally, when I've got big things like that, the best thing to do is break them down.
Can you work out what you're feeling vaguely ? What things are problems in your life, what you want to change ? What makes you happy ?
