ok so i sliped 2 days ago, i tried everything but i needed to feel the blood flowing out of me. do you know any way that would help me like that? please i need to know im getting wores each time

exercise perhaps to get the same 'rush'. or food dye used with ice?

lots of different thing cause me to si, last night i almost did it becuse i felt like my boy friend didnt even care after i told him i sliped, it was really hard for me to tell him too.

I understand the feeling of thinkin he does not care....They do care, and it is hard for them. To see someone they love hurting and not be able to help..He sounds like he is still there...and thats wonderful on its own...that you can tell him,...thats great as well. And wheather he gives advice....or is just there for you to lean on....it is aallll good. We are all also here for you.....whether we are just offering hugs...or we are offering advice.....

Feel free to PM me anytime if you need to talk..or rant.....or ar ejust seeking hugs... :)

this probably sounds quite stupid, but i write on my arms in red ink. i write how i am feeling and then i wash it away with so i can see it running down the sink.
