I know it's just something small, but it's always been one of my favorite quotes:

If you want to be happy, be.

Let us know how it all turns out.
I love the idea, I should work on one for myself

Im not so good with quotes, I tend to use song lyrics in mine. I found some old photos I took when I was younger and some of them were of really pretty things so I stuck them in my book and invented my own inspirational words to put around them. The first page is about hope, theres a page that reminds me of the people who love me, important things to remember (my feelings matter, im a worthwhile person, the shadow will not last forever) and lists of things to do when triggered

My advice, is just get creative, allow yourself to be inspired and just write nice things about yourself. Quotes from people you know, things to remind you that you are important, that you are cared about those are the things that matter most. I also left pleanty of space because I like to make collages when im feeling bad. It makes me feel better and fills my book with prettyful things :-)

Good luck with your book!

"Can't you see it? Don't dream it, be it." - Dr. Frank N. Furter, RHPS

"If you can't be the poet, be the poem." - forgot, sorry

And if you want some funnier, less inspirational ones (those always cheer me up even more, for some reason) PM me because I could make a living collecting quotes! Have fun making this, it's a great idea! :D

Life Goes On - I don't know why but I really like that one. I know it isn't very cheerful, but it always reminds me that even if I'm in total despair, life goes on and I still have a chance to do what I want.
