hi, i'm katie and am new here.

i definately need help. i have been si for 5 years now. i have trust issues with just about everyone i come in contact with, including myself. i have tried several times to call a hotline, but i cannot get myself to do it. i'm very scared to take that next step, but at the same time i really want to. i do have one friend that i can confide in. she is one of the reasons i joined this.

it has been about a week since i have si, which is unbelievavle for me. however, the urges are becoming frequent. i just want to stop, and not have to worry about this. and i dont know what to do anymore.

Hello Katie, and welcome to Bus!

Whatever you're in the middle of, you can get loads of support here at Bus. Anyway, a hotline sounds like a good start in your situation. You sound like you could use some professional help, like a lot of people here do, including me.
Without SI since Nov 6, 2004.

Sleep. Wake up.
