i started a shorthand (teeline) course when i came to my new college and have discoverd that it is a rather good distraction! when im feeling down/whatever, i just pull out the shorthand and figure out some outlines, or even translate worksheets from other courses. it doesnt work all the time, and if im in the state where i cant concentrate it jst plain doesnt work, but thought id let u all know!
hugs xxxx
