I suck at coping!

Can everyone please add on coping skill that works for them! or Maybe just their favorite coping skill!

Mine is.......Chinese Stress Balls (thats one my favorites) (It's not the one that works best cause their isn't one for me, anyways)

So can everyone add ONE Coping Skill!

~Lets See How Many We Can Get On This List~

~Maybe we should make a goal of how many we can get~

~For now to start ot lets say TEN!~

Volunteering at the humane society... helps me keeping my mind off my SI urges... also helps me cope a lot.

Sleep.

Helps put some time between & often when I wake up the problem seems less intense than it originally did.

Cuddle my dog. She always makes me feel loved, and also reminds me that I have a reason to live.
Perhaps one day this too will be pleasant to remember

SLEEP

Post by tiltheend » Tue Jul 20, 2004 7:00 am

Sleep! (me too)

It makes me escape reality and wonder away in my dreams. But then... you wake up.
