Yeah. You can't really tell what they are from. But I know, and sometimes when all is going fine I will look at them and it's just a reminder of how sad and broken parts of me are. And that just brings me down... it's hard. They don't bother me so much as they sadden me. And I want to do it again so...

Yay! I love those too. For me things like this are perfect because my urges come when I let my mind rest. In a way I suppose that's bad because I'm constantly staying busy trying to fight it off; but I guess that it's good too because it's easier to distract myself... until I try to go to sleep, but...

I come home from work (teaching) with red-blue-green-black hands from overhead and dry erase markers. that stuff doesn't like to come off either.

I was in middle school and was upset and knocked something heavy off my dresser. It landed on my foot by chance, not intention - and the pain was overwhelming, (I still have a discolored scarlike area from it)... but it immediately calmed me down. I felt like I needed to be punished, and hurting mad...

My buddy spent the weekend with me. We hiked ten miles, ate great food, went to church, and visited animals at the shelter :)

:) Winter can be so wonderful! But the darkness is hard - and the cold after a while.

Do you have pets? My kitty cat is a great stress reliever when I feel yucky. We play fetch and such and then cuddle on the couch.
