*throws chair at wall* I'm having one of those weeks from hell. I hate the stupid mental health service making me feel like a waste of time. If you're not under 18, ill enough to be in hospital or actively suicidal it's just like you don't exist. They can piss right off. I also cannot STAND how ever...

PMs welcome, I don't mind
I'm afraid of you dying.
But some days it feels like you already have.

I feel angry, sad and anxious. I'm having a shit day and I really don't need my mother's current idea of "help". She used to be so supportive but now I can't even just talk to her, she just gets angry and gives me her patronising self-help talk. It makes me feel like I'm not trying hard enough. More...

I have my own problems going on at the moment. I'm not posting much on the main board either. I still think it might be easier to just PM people who make a first post. It would be more personal as you already know a little bit about them, and it would mean less PMs needed to be sent. I also think the...

I like this poem at the moment... The Panic Bird just flew inside my chest. Some days it lights inside my brain, but today it's in my bonehouse, rattling ribs like a birdcage. If I saw it coming, I'd fend it off with machete or baseball bat. Or grab its scrawny hackled neck, wring it like a wet dish...
I was reading The Master and the Margarita but i'm only on page 70. I love that book. I also really want to read The Unbearable Lightness of Being. And Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides. And some more Haruki Murakami- as I mentioned before he's such a talented writer. He just draws me in to the story ...
