maybe it's time to find a different counselor... & once you find one you're able to talk with maybe they could help you talk with your mom about meds.
if your mom won't help you find a counselor then maybe try the one at school.

have you talked with a school counselor? or a counselor not at school? have you tried meds?

what have you done differently in your comfort book than in your coping book?

a place I recently interviewed at for a job implements the WRAP plan. I'm not terribly familiar with it but have heard many people find it very helpful.
