what have you tried to stop?

suicide is to some degree selfish. in that long after the person who killed themself is dead.. those who knew them are left to deal with that.

drawing & hanging out with friends are good ways to distract :)

--you don'g *have* to. self-harm is a choice. even when it feels otherwise.

what you might try are TIP skills. Temperature changes, intense exercise & progressive relaxation. take a hot shower. fill a bucket with ice water & then hold your face (with water covering your temples) in it for 30 seconds. try running (even just running in place). check your library for progressi...
