have you tried writing down how you feel? that sometimes helps me. distrafcting yourself from the pain you feel inside is the best way. try reading, exercise, playing with your children or watching a dvd. when you get an urge stop what you are doing and get out of the situation and do something diff...

i am staying with my mum for a few months far away from my fiance and its hard. i would say call as often as you can and write letters to each other. or you could chat using webcams then you could see each other

i dont get triggered by bus at all. it helps me feel less alone when i read through the posts and the people here that have stopped encourages me to do it less. all in all i find it very helpful

have you tried writing down the thoughts you are having and then looking for alternative perspectives, skills and talents you have etc? i keep a little book where i write down my negative thoughts and what might be different views.
