have you tried cocoa-butter? it is full of vitamin e and has helped me with itching in the past. then again, i live in the UK so it rains a lot here

Or i've heard bursting vitamin E capsules straight on to your skin can be helpful (though very sticky)

my most recent od was the only one i've ever taken as a suicide attempt. i took them. my friend knew what i had done and contacted someone at uni. he rang me and asked me to go and see him. he told me he knew what i'd done. we had a fight about whether or not he called an ambulance but he called one...
