I tried adaware and it found a bunch of things which my normal virus checker and spybot didn't find, but it hasn't got rid of this stupid worm. It is still happily sending out e-mails.

I have a worm on my computer. The virus scan isn't getting rid of it, but it keeps trying to block the e-mails being sent from my computer (ALL day). another way around it is to create a text file called 'hosts' with no extension -- just hosts. windows qill want to make it a .txt file, so you may have to rename it. the only text it should have in it is buslist.org 213.232.85.35 your browser looks for a hosts file first, and having one with that ...
