Also want to point out that more forums = more mods and probably more admins to moderate it all. I'm not keen on the divisions, either. For a long long time, this board was one or two forums and things went well. It's unwieldy right now. I like hearing from others younger (the majority  ) and ...

You don't go into details on why you would want such a board on BUS. However, and I'm not speaking for Deb but just as the admin who's around at the moment, there is no such board because BUS is focused on self-injury, not sex and relationships. There are plenty of sites for relationships and sexual...

I can totally relate, though I'm working on not comparing myself to others. It's very hard, but eventually I hope we can all get to a place where our bodies and our looks are uniquely beautiful to ourselves and we are able to approach ourselves with love instead of "why can't you be like ______?" I'm glad you wrote out the questions, and just for the record, there's no "right or wrong" way to answer them. It's not graded; it's supposed to help you think of an alternate (as you did, in calling your friend).

Good job :)

Got the T-shirt for this one also.

Besides all the physiological responses that Frodo mentioned, and the health benefits, exercise relieves stress and helps me feel better about my body, two big reasons why I SI'd. I'm not athletic but if I do something aerobic every day, it really helps.

top 10 distractions

I am lousy at distracting myself (like almost never) but it's a good idea to have a list anyway: 10. the shower or the bathtub (no shaving) 9. posting on the board 8. going to the gym 7. cleaning the house 6. delving through the papers on my desk, answering mail5. 5. baking something mmmmmmm delicio...
