I just pretend. I pretend I'm fine again. I pretend I have a sense of what I want in future and am working on it.
But I'm not fine. I'm still in pain. I feel empty. cold. I can't see a future for myself. Don't even want to maybe. When will it end?

because I realised that I actually wanted to take care of myself (the wounds after SI) so I skipped the SI and went straight to taking care of myself by rubbing cream on my old scars.

I fear that this time the eating/food issues are much worse than last time. I fear that I'm never going to be able to cope without a destructive (ED/SI/drugs) mechanism. And at the same time I'm angry at myself for being so "weak" - for not being able to cope in a healthy way all the time.

I told you I ODed to calm down my head. but I didn't have the guts to say I also took drugs when the OD stopped working. I don't want all that shit written down in my file it looks bad enough already
