Yea, y ou're right. I try to respond if I have anything to say that might even remotely help. usually, I dont, cause I am not good with that kind of stuff, or people already said what I would have. But its good that people have this place to come to period, I think. Its a great support type place

If you are to try cutting back on Alcohol, maybe you could try drinking something else, instead? Or maybe, keep yourself occupied so that you try not to drink. Kind of like for SI, but with Alcohol? I hope my babble helps

Have you ever tried writing out exactly what is going on, like, in a journal of some type? Even if you dont have anything causing you to write, other than just feeling flat. I know that sometimes when I feel that way, it helps to write it out, just for the fact that I am getting it out. I dont know ...

Lol. Thank you, but my grandma is coming to pick me up soon to take me to her house. I have swim practice in the morning, so I have to sleep over at her house. But I am listening to music, which I hope calms me down, it usually helps. I will look up the playdough reciepes, to see if maybe I can make...

I notice that about mine too. When I am cold, hot, and when I excercise. I think it is also when they are wet they seem more visable, but then again, I am a swimmer, so, I am wet when I excercise *shrugs* I hope someone knows the answer. Good luck finding one

Well, its been almost a full day since what happened yesterday...and I still feel really bad about it. I still want to cut. I thought that if I waited a day, it would be better, why is it that I still feel like I did yesterday? I am so confused...
