what i do is write a list. and for every negative thing i force myself to come up with a positive thing. by the end i tend to realise im not as bad as i thought i was. dunno if that helps..

have you tried drawing what you 'want' in red waterbased pen... then atleast its not permenant and its not a slip. congrats on reducing your SI, thats a good step
