Does it still happen if you use BUS through a different browser?

If you can't risk coming out at work then an Urgent Care sounds like the best option. Hoping for the best could lead to further unintended damage. I don't know your specific rights in your state but it's best to deal with medical issues promptly.

Spam will be seen most rapidly if you click the report button on the post by the spammer (it's only necessary to report each spammer once, we can get rid of all their posts in one swoop).
