i have sefl contorl when ever i wnat it but sometimes it's whearther i have the courage that you need to know.

you sound like me when i started taking my sleeping meds. what are you taking do you know what it is. some do take awhile to get use to. like with my meds after i got use to it it didn't help me anymore.

i was diagonesed with biopolar disorder and some time SI is apart of being Biopolar

as long as it looks like blood i find some comfrot in it. if i find the right pin od marker it may hurt a little dpending on the sharpeness.
