i can think it's not true all i want and i do try but it just gets overwhelming. i can't not think about it and how much worse it is...i hate fishing for compliments, i couldn't ask someone to refute that because they're probably thinking the same things. even my friends. i would hope it wasn't true...

trashy books? lol, what would those be? smoking?? you would exchange an addiction that only leaves scars for one that would kill you?! i'm sorry, but one, i'm allergic and two, i have asthma caused by smokers so no thanks.

i agree! i play keyboard/piano, violin, and the drums! the drums are such a good instrument as long as you don't abuse them when you get in a si mood. they're really good for playing your tensions away, plus you have to multitask so there's not much room to think about anything other than the three ...

yeah! drawing on my arm/pants/hands with red marker has been a real help!! i keep a small journal with me, i write down whatever is triggering me and then i draw cuts on my arms and my knuckles...plus a neat little idea that is helpful and it looks cool 9well, her eit is kindo f a fashion statement)...

I have found that a really good suggestion is to draw cuts on yourself with a red marker! it's a bit conspicuous sometimes, people always stare and ask about the marker, but the red marker combined with a small journal to keep with you for when you want to SI, it helps a lot!
