Dear elf, I hope that you are still safe, I recently ODed and my boyfriend found me and had to call an ambulance, I felt so guilty that all I was using up precious time of the paramedics and the hospital staff..I just wanted to not be there anymore. I had to drink warm sticky charchol and have loads...

ok for me, I am going to stay on my meds and make sure I go to my pdoc appointments, might not sound like much but I have been struggling with my bipolar recently
