In what way does your OCD manisfest.

I have obsessive thinking, not compulsions. The way I see the thinking is anxiety, it's basiclly feeling uncofortable or frightened of my own feelings, so I think about them. I have heard a number of people with depression have obsessions

yeah, I amreading a book called triggers. the idea is to build a reservoir of positive feelings, so using memories or making them up. Then taking those good feelings and transfrring them to something you want to do but feel scared on not motivated to do. So it seems similar to your idea. I am , of c...

The only things that scars me abu death is that it will be like living, full of sadness , regret, and fear. I think I would enjoy it if I flt certain that t was a trnsition to a wider, more peaceful existence. What used to scare me about dying was suffering...not the actual death, but the suffering ...
