Sleep. Helps put some time between & often when I wake up the problem seems less intense than it originally did. that. n. mainly i will punch my punchbag till my knuckles are sore, its gets the anger out n ill practice training ill kick the door over n over n over,i gatta work on my kicking skills ...

i went out side n started training i started kicking the door,n swing kicking the door which is wen u spin n kick.
