When I was here before, you used to be able to get a custom/reserved avatar picture. Is this still possible?

If it is still possible, what's the process for making this happen?

All help/advice gratefully received.

My feeling of fear related to skating and roller derby would improve if I built in time each day dedicated to being on skates and practising falling and moving to build my confidence.
