How about a relaxing bubble bath? Deep breathing exercises? Soothing music? Candles? Stretching exercises? Call someone you know once you get there? Bring pictures of friends and family? Good book to distract? Journal your feelings?

Now that it's summer they are more noticable, and I don't like it. They have faded because I haven't cut in a long while, but you can still see them and I hate that. I don't really hate them though. They mean something to me. I hate that people can see them. I hate that I picked some visible places....

With me it's a constant stuggle to be healthy, with my bipolar. So I put sometimes because when I am really sick, I don't care, but when I'm just depressed my goal becomes to feel better and be someone in life.
