I can't take this life. I can't keep going like this. I can't live up to what you want. You don't want me anyway. I might as well SU now, I'm gonna die anyway. It just doesn't matter. I can't do it. Nobody understands. Even my therapist doesn't understand.

I put in mine some greeting cards that people sent to me that really meant something to me. That made me feel good inside. So I could read them over and over again. Good for when I am feeling bad.

Maybe you have some of those you could put in?

A greeting card from my 5 year old niece where she wrote in it I Love You in it. I keep it on my computer desk. It's a happy thing, makes me feel loved.

I'm sad because my friend K is doing so badly and I feel like I can't do anything to help her esp. when she won't answer her phone when I call

I'm happy that I am doing so well with my new hobby of learning Spanish, I just learned how to count to 50!

I feel anxious and nervous about my case manager coming over soon.

I'm going to talk to her about it, and about what happened the last time after she left and hopefully we can find a solution.
