wired and awake

This is night 4 and it is 1am and I am still not tired and I've been up since 6am with only about 4hrs of sleep, 3 nights in a row. I am so wired/manic...

I know I should take my sleep meds cause they'd knock me out for awhile....but I feel like staying up all night.

Ok I have realized one slight problem with being a busaholic! GAH!!!!

I get a sore back and neck from sitting at the computer for so long and I end up having to go to the chiropractor for treatments, because I eventually get Migranes from it if I let it go for too long....

I'm feeling slightly manic and don't feel like eating..and I've been up since before 5am and haven't eaten anything...and it's past lunchtime... I'm going to force myself to eat something. And I'm going to take my meds. I don't know what to do about the mania, except not to make it go higher on purp...

I'm proud of myself because as of yesterday I reached 1 month and 2 weeks SI free!

I went off a bunch of meds like my pdoc wanted me to do and he said I be having feelings... well I'm having mild mania...I don't want him to know, I don't want to go back on anymore pills, I like being on less, I want to feel real, not flat, besides I am on a mood stabilizer and I kinda like being h...

Just so you know filling out those questions helped me not to cut that time.

I'm proud of myself today because I've been sticking to my diet and lost a pound and now fit into my lower size jeans...

I'm not sure how to tell you this. I don't want to risk our friendship over this. It's only a vacation. We can plan another one. So sorry I have to cancel. I just don't have the money, and now I don't even have a credit card, I can't even go into debt, I can't keep borrowing off my Dad, it's too muc...

I'm feeling pretty good for a change, but I usually feel good in the morning and then it goes downhill from there...
