i get that too, and find it really difficult. the only thing i have found that helps me deal with very vivid mental images of SI is art. i paint what i would like to do to myself -- and that way i'm channelling what i would like to see into expressing myself. usually the effort of concentrating so m...

i hate how you do something shitty one day and pretend it's all ok the next. i'm pissed off with you, and she's pissed off with you, and you need to acknowledge that you were wrong. why can't you ever admit that you were wrong, and that you hurt us? -- i hate how your needs are more important than a...

Email notifications?

been noticing that sometimes i get the emails letting me know that i have a new PM or that there has been a reply to one of my watched topics, but other times i don't get the emails. does anyone know why this might be the case?

thanks,

M, P: no means no. when i say don't touch me that way, i mean don't touch me that way. i don't like it. it's my body and only i get to say who touches it. that also means that if i say it's ok for someone to hug me, it's ok. because that's my decision and only mine. don't try to control my feelings ...

by anxiety attack, do you mean panic attack, or an episode of severe anxiety? i try to keep a sort of stock of pleasant memories/images/thoughts in my head that i can summon quickly to comfort me when i become overwhelemed by panic/anxiety. i'd suggest deciding on a couple of images beforehand, so t...

deleting threads?

i started a thread a while back by posting soemthing that i wish i hadn't. it wasn't productive for me and i feel kinda guilty about it. is it possible for me to delete it myself? or can a mod/admin delete if it provide the link to the relevant thread?

thanks.

i've applied for membership to the F/F board and i support someone who SIs, but i didn't get membership. i reapplied, and it says that my membership is "pending". is there a reason why it might be taking so long for it to be decided or why i might have been refused membership the first time around? ...

Members only boards

Just a little confused at the moment...can someone please explain what the requirements are to join the members only boards like the private F/F board and such? are there rules about how much you have to have posted or soemthing before you can join?

Thanks.

can you try wearing a strappy top or tank top with one of those light cotton button-down shirts over it, but leave it unbuttoned? you could always say you're worried about sunburn or something.

good luck, take care, and stay safe.
