I've done loads of volunteer work including helping handicapped kids with horsebackriding, sorted clothes and books at charity shops, sold daffodils for the Marie Curie cancer fund, wrapped Christmas present for kids in Romania, and I'm also flying down to Romania in October to paint some classrooms...

The urge was not as strong as it has been.

Because I'm 6 months SI free tomorrow, and I know I'll feel terrible if I let myself down..it's not worth the guilt.
