I normally have the violent thoughts when I want to SI but can't. If I'm in public or whatever and I feel the need to hurt myself, but can't, images of cutting or whatever fill my mind whether I want them to or not. Or I'll be driving down the road and just want to pull into oncoming traffic to see ...
