I was very honest with my T and am ready to face and deal with certain things. I canceled my next appointments with my psych and am switching med care to either my pdoc or the nurse practitioner my T recommended.

like ativan sucks hardcore and I hate my psych for not listneing to me!

I didn't break my promise, I tried the new drugs, I stayed at Ks party, I had fun and I am happy and hopeful for the first time in a really long time!

Very anxious about seeing my T tomorrow but happy about my weekend, which was spent with good friends, good food and good fun!

Honestly I don't hide them...in the winter I wear appropriately long sleeved clothing, in the summer I wear appropriately short sleeved clothing. I am going to a get a tattoo on my lower arm that will cover some of them but I will never be able to hide and cover all of them.
