To everyone I am strong and in control. But I'm never strong enough. And I worry that one day I won't even be strong enough to keep trying.

I think that because I wasn't strong enough to deal with my ex's mental problems, I don't deserve to have anyone help me with mine.

I'm proud of myself for getting out of bed.

How do you deal with physical pain?

My SI is very intertwined with medical problems - chronic physical pain. I was wondering if anyone has ideas about coping with pain that we don't have control over.
