tips for handling deadlines?

saw a couple of posts on main about school work - leaving it until the last minute and i wondered if people had any tips on how to not let this happen or things they do etc to manage the problem.

if you're willing to work on changing yourself at the same time then yes, it probably works. - i love a quote where it says the real therapy and real progress is made when alone. but like the others have said it's a personal thing. sometimes i've found that it's just one sentences that the therapist...

Could I ask, how does sugar actually affect me? cut out sugar (it's in ketchup too and jams), get enough sleep, find ways to deal with anxiety, avoid being on your own for long periods of time, pop bubble wrap/play with dough/exercise a lot, stop watching for it to decrease as that makes it harder. if you're depressed really work on improving you...

hey i'm glad you made it through. i admire your honesty, both of you. I can relate to a lot of what was said. my sister keeps saying 'take a break' but it doesn't help. i know i need one and yet it's 5 august and we don't do breaks at 5 august :o but i need one. :o :o so yeah, i can relate :-?
