i'm 37 and confused it's a strange feeling not knowing what sex to be with i know i have trust and intimacey issues

i'm scared of the questions. i haven't physically been w/ anybody in over 8yrs wow. i don't want to expose my selfdestructive nature thou i don't want to be evasive or lie. not even sure of my sexual orientation.i know my bodies lonely
