i was just wondering if anyone has any strategies for dealing with harsh or inappropriate comments?

i'm mainly talking about from health professionals...but it might be good to make it a more general thing as well.

Thanks Plantt i might just do that.

i'm so scared. i pretend to people that i can deal with harsh comments and that they don't bother me. But i'm so scared of them really that i'm risking my health in order to avoid them.

Thanks for that, i appreciate it. That's pretty much what i've been doing anyway, but will sort the memberlist by date and do it that way too.
