I have deactivated all but "Rosalind"; her IP address has not been used by spammers and her e-mail address looks sensible.

DonaldPeest is a spammer so not opening his PMs is a good plan.

I have just deactivated the account so that is the end of that one.

I have had a look at Peege's profile/permissions and can't see anything unusual there.

You could suggest that she clears the cache on her computer - maybe her problem comes from a now-resolved BUS access issue (?).
