It is a really good idea. A lot of us stop, but want to go back to it when thing get tough. It's one thing to quit, but it's also important to find better ways of dealing with whatever makes you tick, otherwise there's the chance of relapse.

Wetsuits are a good option. They're a little pricy, tho, but they do make u look thinner!

I usually use the excuse of having a pale complexion, plus the fact that I hate to shave my legs :)
