Teaching. And the stuff that goes with teaching, like the unknown things to cope with- the flying gazebo , the building works, the new students, the parents. But it cheers me up, and keeps me going.

Struggling and falling down further than ever before

I hope I can cope.

My anti-si is my music. I cannot do some of my music if I si, so I need to not do it.

I am struggling, and have taken on far too much, in a bid to keep busy.

I am worried about tomorrow
I am worried I will not sleep,
I am worried about people I will have to come into contact with,

I hope I sleep tonight.
I hope I can cope to a sufficient level with the week.
I hope I teach well, so the students carry on improving.

I taught well, and made my struggling students smile.
I managed to teach the revision session, and he understood some sections for the first time.

I cannot cope at the moment, nothing is getting easier, quite the opposite.

I am really struggling with words today.



I am getting good results from my music students.

I have played the piano so much today my hands hurt.

I can play the piano
I can teach piano, flute and maths well
I have nice hair
I will always listen
I can be calm in performance situations, make others laugh.

I am proud that I managed to go into a food shop today, and not feel as bad as I could have done.

I am sad that I have messed up, again.

I am happy that I went to the brilliant piano recital today, and got to sit in an amazing place
