tired, lonely, a little scared and annoyed

i wish that i wouldnt be so hard on myself and give myself some credit once in a while.

im proud because ive made a new friend

yesterday i agreed to help out in my local school while all the children are doing a music workshop.

i give my friends loads of help and support when they have problems

tired and a little low

I don't think I'm coping well at the moment and just want it all to end.

I feel really angry at myself but then I know that its all my fault in the first place.
At the same time I feel really weak and stressed as if everyone is harrassing me and not giving me any time to just relax.

i feel really down and need something to lift my spirits

i wish everything would just go away
