Thanks a lot for all your replies. I see what you're saying about milestones and such.

I just wonder, sometimes, if identifying a starting point doesn't tether one to revisit the incident.

Counting Question

Hi, I see a lot of messages on here that say "xxx days SI-free" or some semblance of it. I don't count the days since I last slipped or had trouble. It seems that if I do, I go nuts trying to match and beat numbers. And then if I don't, I might get down about the differentiation in statistics. It is...
