I just don't know if I want to come out with it, or keep hiding it as much as possible untill I get found out. It is my deal (I'm not seeking attention from anyone). It just seems to relieve me in a way, but then after, I feel kind of guilty.

I feel like I have to come out to my loved ones about my burning and cutting. I have done a masterfull job at hiding it, and explaining the injuries, but it is too much now. I should get some stiches for the cuts in the past few days, and will no doubt be found out by my wife. I have two young kids ...
