I'm still having a rough time because of stress and anxiety issues, but I'm trying to be more aware of it now, because ignoring things doesn't really help. Hopefully things will go better now.

Yeah my T really liked the bracelet. She especially liked the fact that all the colors meant something and that I was able to use at least some of my coping skills when I was really upset when she was gone for awhile.
