i reallly need/want to cut miself rite now....i cnt take it all nemore...i cnt tlk to mi mum coz i told her once n she just judged me...i need councillin but it is hols n i cnt tlk to ne1 coz they will tell my mum....pllllz help me

iv tried usin a rubba band, tlk to friends about somethin totally different, a journal, screamin, bashin a pillow, playin socca, go 4 a run, try to sleep (i am always so exhausted coz i neva get any sleep) the list goes on n on
