Well it wasn't today but the other week i set my head on fire!! Once i figured out i was ok and only had singed hair it was very funny!!! Talk about having a hot head huh?!

I didn't SI last time because I am stronger than my desire to do it. I wont let it beat me.

Hi, I don't know exactly what to say here. I am attending an appointment tomorrow at the hospital that was arranged by my GP and a mental health worker I have seen before. I'm not sure exactly what the purpose of it is except I'm thinking it is either to admit me or maybe give me outpatient services...

Good idea with the skipping. My friend has just started doing that but her legs are sore. Maybe too hard too fast?? Also, I worry that I will look like a complete tool skipping Lol!! Might give it a try though. If nothing else, might make me laugh!!
