i always have hated that as well. It took me ages to figure out that if I hit the lil 'QUOTE" button that it sucked up all their text up into the pm with me!!! So I know longer had to do go back & forth like da dink I be. Tis quite handy lil button...

i decided to go to practice to get the grrr out instead of staying home and letting the grrr take over & destroy me. tired myself out enough that urge went bye bye for now.

because I had to babysit <b>again</b> (so planned to try to wail till after) and I just can't do it when I know other people are around or are going to be around (to pick up said child) & then I fell asleep... Now that it's daytime things "seem" a little brighter & I have things I NEED to get done. ...

I just call the computer store('s) where i buy my apple stuff and ask them technical questions like that... I can usually figure it out, search for hours on end on the net & learn lots of new stuff as well on my own but I can also pick up the phone and get the answer to my specific question in a mat...

I am glad you asked as well, just to remind myself of how horrible it is when I have and yet how easily I forget when I get in that frame of mind again. Please take care of yourself and thanks for being supportive to me. ~p!nk

I took my Benzo's and fell asleep and there was the added pressure of having to tell my therapist.

I knicked Psyches idea of tying a red ribbon around her wrist while feeling the urge and so I did so today and well, haven't yet... So it has worked so far and a good reminder of how much my friend loves me even if I don't love myself that much atm... *RaR*
